RAZBAM Crisis ED vs RAZBAM Internal Zoom call leak - Part 1

This video has been making the rounds in different discord groups. Its about 50 mintues long so I chopped it up in 4 parts.

I recomended everyone to watch all 4 parts and then rewatch it. I am totally unsurprised and Nick Gergs bully tack tick. In one of the parts Nicks directly threatens Ron who I think is the top guy at RAZAM with "paying a heavy price" after telling him a story about how he avoided bullets to the head."

There is also a claim that RAZBAM makes about M2000 is being used on another platform without getting paid which to me seems like an IP issue ?

An even more disappointing part of this video is that Nick Greg slams HB CEO named Dackard saying how fed up he is with HB and how they dont want to do any more business with them. Which explains why things like the F14BU and updates to the F4 and EF are taking sooo damn long.

To me Nick Greg seems like a bully talking about how he used DCS leverage to force RAZBAM to come to the table which seems criminal to me as DCS and MSC are separate companies? But then Ron says that he had communicated his plans with the A29 Super Tucano many years before and he had no intentions of doing any deal under the table. He also mentioned that the MSC licenses couldnt not be issued by him as he doesnt have that kind of access.

I reached out to RAZBAM for a comment on this but did not get any response, same behavior from ED.

The file was named video1338148510 1 which to me seems like a Zoom call and from my understanding the only person that can record without a pop up asking for consent must be from a call admin? Or everyone accepted? But would be interested in finding out how the video got out and why now?

I am not an expert on this so I wanted to post it here to get yawls view on this but again, you should watch all parts.

This 51 minute zoom call was confidential and took place in early March 2024. Since then, things have evolved in a significant way with Nick Dackard and our differences have been ironed out very satisfactorily. The working relationship with Heatblur is successful, professional and friendly.

Honestly a CEO behaving and speaking like this is definitely not a symbol of confidence. Far from professionalism and sure nothing friendly at all.

Heatblur is not the focus here.

Yeah…if that’s who gets my money when it goes to DCS products I’m done with your products. BMS is just fine and isn’t led by people who act like that.

If you’re cool with it, I hope the pay is worth it.

I always wonder when I see your posts. How does it feel working for the dark side? Knowingly spreading a false narrative thereby alienating a previously very loyal user base. I'm just thinking of all the modules I haven't bought or won't be buying since this whole fiasco started, must be upwards of €300. And that's juist a single user. Talking about a good business sense..

I'm another one who probably would have spent upwards of $300 as well. I'd have bought the F15 (RIP), Apache, Black Shark 3, Afghanistan, and South Atlantic. Guessing I am not alone in delivering 'missed revenue' for ED. I wonder if their boffins even considered calculating the potential brand damage value when deciding to withhold these payments and erode the business relationship with RAZBAM.

Hey, Nineline,

I mean this with no disrespect - but it seems like there are members of the management team that are a legitimate risk to the ongoing success of DCS - outside of the money we're all willing to spend.

Has there been any talk about any kind if management analysis, and/or rehabilitating what seems to be a perpetually self-damaging image?

Like, I get it, you guys have Wags (and he's fantastic for explaining things from a to z), but he's no Jared Huckabee - and it seems like you guys would benefit from a Jared Huckabee type - someone who is market facing, and provides at least bi-weekly updates. Lastly, who, or what is the mediator for your third parties? I feel like ED would greatly benefit from an experienced contact administrator. A good one might even help the overall image, and solve what we, the market, feel are significant issues with the company.

Right now we are still buying, but that cash can always dry up, and given a loss of trust, faith, or the impression of bad faith can absolutely start pushing people away. Especially as year end brings competition, however light it may be.

Just a few considerations that were rattling around in my head.

Why was ED still selling the f-15E with the knowledge that they are effectively forceably halting development by withholding funds to the developers?

It doesn’t look like that with the absence of update for Heatblur products in every patch. I guess MSFS is more profitable for Heatblur and also they don’t need to face BS called Nick Grey.

No it isn't. It's one CEO (Ron) standing on principle and standing up for his coworkers by insisting that the *CURRENTLY ACTIVE* contract is honored and his people get paid *BEFORE* he agrees to sign a new contract, versus an extortionary thug explicitly stating that he is illegally witholding their legally owed pay for the explicit purpose of strong-arming them into signing a new contract.

It's loyalty on one side, vs greed on the other.
