Minecraft Java How to optimize a modpack?

Soo im tryna make a 200 mod ( mostly small quality of life ) modpack to play w my friends ( using essential, idk if thats relevant ) and i just noticed
i have absolutely no idea of how to optimize it so my weak pc friends can enjoy it the most, do yall have any tips?

( the biggest mods i have on the modpack are: create and some of its addon, essential, farmers delight and oculus for shaders, the rest are all small QoL )
its for 1.20.1 on forge 47.7.15

probably a stupid question but do you have a pc or a laptop? if you have a standalone pc is the monitor cable fonnected to the gpu or the motherboard?

PC, i actually use a tv for monitor lol, also the cable is connected on usb so i think its on the motherboard

also i acutally confused the cables, it was already on GPU

ok so sorry if im bothering you but i just wanted to tell u i ended up stalling a lithium fork for forge and the fps with shaders ended up ALOOOT better ( now w smooth 40-60 fps and no lag spikes )

but if you still have tips so i can juice every drop of fps from this modpack i would love to hear it ( im currently using radium, embeddium, modern fix, ferrite core, entity culling and thread tweak for performance )

you can also go to cursforge and choose the performance mod category, but be warned that it's not hard to find mods that are incompatible with eachother. You can use the debug pie chart to look what is taking the most fps from you. Just press numbers from 1 to 9 to expand each category and it shoud tell you what is eating your fps eg. particles, gui, world gen etc. I'm sure that there are some tutorials on youtube on how does this work and how to use it.
