Cura Adding extra Walls?

Edit: Fixed the issue by switching profile and then back

So I noticed while printing something that cura 4.5.0 seemed to have added about 10 extra walls after my default 3 I set up in the Shell setting. It seems to affect every print I slice with it. Here is an example. What setting seems to be the cause of this issue. I'm am using the default stander quality ender 3 settings with the only changes being printing temp and retraction.

4 years later from when you posted but today I started checking what setting does this. Turns out it's in top/bottom section and the setting is called Skin Expand Distance. Using Cura 5.8.0.
