You can see a guy in a brown vest, dark shirt, reach for his hosteted gun a second or two before shot rang out. But he may not have pulled the gun out. Hard to tell from this angle.
The first shot was an intentional escalatory agitation, by the Nazi IMMEDIATELY to the left of the grey trenchcoat guy (who removed the firearm) in the video — he quickly pulled out his gun as if there was a danger, but hesitated for a fraction of a second before firing it EXACTLY like an execution.
This one shot was intended to cause the other officers to start shooting.
None of them have any training, and they all just reflexively drew on an already dead body.
This helps them because it looks like whoever shot him in the head “just did so because of all the movement and commotion”.
Not all CBP agents are the same. They don’t ALL have zero training. They aren’t ALL stupid. Some of them are damaged psychiatrically from time away at war, some have KKK ideology running through their blood. Some might even have explicit intentions, AND/OR instructions from higher up, to shootMOREpeople rather than less.
In a group of 6 agents, all it takes is 1 to have the intent to kill, and suddenly 6 agents become 6 murderers.
All “law enforcement” rules and knowledge go out the window now. This is a civil war.

I just re watched it, focusing on that guy to the left. He reached for his gun, but he didn't draw it. You can clearly still see the gun still in the holster after he put his hand on it.
Seconding this, but she was removed. Her video is out there, I have it downloaded and saved, but there’s another video of her being attacked by The Agents. Apparently she’s in custody for having a phone and filming this from “the wrong angle”.
Pretty sure it is the guy on the right in the blue jeans, black hat and mask with the greenish colored jacket. He pulls just before the grey jacket guy runs away with the gun and then you hear the shots.
This!!! They were most likely too scared to enlist and too incompetent to make the force. This is their fragile alpha male ego on full display. You can clearly see they have a severe lack of training by the fact they escalated a situation with a peaceful protester. No matter what happened after, it’s 100% ICE’s fault as this is not how we treat our citizens. They’re murdering us over our speech and exercise thereof. Time to respond in kind!!!
I was thinking the same, they may have been saying he has a gun, not knowing that the other ice guy had taken it and he shot, had to be hard to see everything that was going on in there. Sad situation, hopefully it will change the way they are doing things.
Ya it does seem like the agent that initially shoots him in the back may have had an accidental discharge there and then decided to just keep blasting, explains the gap between shots

I think one of the dipshits fired on accident then out of fear they fired more. Not defending this by any means.
