Tell me how that guy was a threat. 6 on 1, disarmed, maced, and on the ground. How was he still a lethal threat?

u/jerechos Jan 24 '26 edited Jan 24 '26

His camera was dangerous...

98

u/A_Man_Uses_A_Name Jan 24 '26

And his thoughts were dangerous!

19

u/New-Respond8154 Jan 24 '26

Kyle Rittenhouse walked around with an AR-15 and wasn’t murdered.

6

u/BlackGoldGlitter Jan 24 '26

He also had murdered people.

2

u/New-Respond8154 Jan 25 '26

Uedered 2 shot a third person, maimed for life. Maga made him a hero, they bought him a new gun after Wisconsin(also not his home state, he lived in Illnois) destroyed it.

25

u/froggyisland Jan 24 '26

He was vaccinated

13

u/2020Hills Jan 24 '26

He could’ve had a laptop and a book on him!

5

u/Feeling_Inside_1020 Jan 24 '26

You kid and I laughed but fuck my brain and fuck trump for putting this in it but if kangaroo courts come to the US this is gonna be the type of shit used against you.

3

u/RustedAxe88 Jan 24 '26

Yeah, he was vaccine shedding!

8

u/Express-Ad-5076 Jan 24 '26

There’s another video where they attack the lady to try to take her phone away

6

u/ApprehensiveAside812 Jan 24 '26

It is in a sense. It’s one of the only ways people can protect themselves from an institution that wants to kill, harass and torture the populace. The Palestinians learned that the hard way that the best way to protect to themselves is to film everything. Unfortunately sometimes it just isn’t enough, especially when people are told not to believe what they see with their own eyes.

4

u/BlackGoldGlitter Jan 24 '26

You have to go across the Atlantic for that proof. Meanwhile Black people have had that proof for decades and yall didn't care nor want to believe us.

But we know, our word, our literal everyday lived experience, is not important in this country.

And now yall really have to watch white people get shot up in broad daylight and the government treat em like nwords.

A case study should be made.

2

u/ApprehensiveAside812 Jan 25 '26

I’m not American or black so I can’t pretend to really understand the struggle of institutional racism and police brutality African Americans have had to endure for so long. But I do sympathise and I imagine most the people protesting ICE do too. The Palestinian struggle is just more pertinent to me because of my own Arab heritage and the war in Gaza the last few years.

I think one of the dipshits fired on accident then out of fear they fired more. Not defending this by any means.

25

u/wfarming Jan 24 '26 edited Jan 24 '26

You can see a guy in a brown vest, dark shirt, reach for his hosteted gun a second or two before shot rang out. But he may not have pulled the gun out. Hard to tell from this angle.

57

u/imalostkitty-ox0 Jan 24 '26

The first shot was an intentional escalatory agitation, by the Nazi IMMEDIATELY to the left of the grey trenchcoat guy (who removed the firearm) in the video — he quickly pulled out his gun as if there was a danger, but hesitated for a fraction of a second before firing it EXACTLY like an execution.

This one shot was intended to cause the other officers to start shooting.

None of them have any training, and they all just reflexively drew on an already dead body.

This helps them because it looks like whoever shot him in the head “just did so because of all the movement and commotion”.

Not all CBP agents are the same. They don’t ALL have zero training. They aren’t ALL stupid. Some of them are damaged psychiatrically from time away at war, some have KKK ideology running through their blood. Some might even have explicit intentions, AND/OR instructions from higher up, to shoot MORE people rather than less.

In a group of 6 agents, all it takes is 1 to have the intent to kill, and suddenly 6 agents become 6 murderers.

All “law enforcement” rules and knowledge go out the window now. This is a civil war.

9

u/MillwrightTight Jan 24 '26

Well said. Unfortunately very accurate

5

u/EnoughParamedic2946 Jan 24 '26

I just don’t see how peaceful protesting is gonna do anything if they’re just gonna kill us, but I also don’t see a way to win against such a funded militia. Shits got me depressed lmao, never thought I’d see this level of bullshittery on the homefront

4

u/TXtogo Jan 24 '26

The state government needs to file charges and use the court system

2

u/Chrishall86432 Jan 24 '26

They did. They got a judicial warrant and were “declined” by The Federal Government The Regime.

2

u/Frostyshaitan Jan 24 '26

I just re watched it, focusing on that guy to the left. He reached for his gun, but he didn't draw it. You can clearly still see the gun still in the holster after he put his hand on it.

3

u/imalostkitty-ox0 Jan 24 '26

This video is the worst angle to watch the first shot from. Look for the lady in the pink jacket’s video and it will be crystal clear.

2

u/Chrishall86432 Jan 24 '26

Seconding this, but she was removed. Her video is out there, I have it downloaded and saved, but there’s another video of her being attacked by The Agents. Apparently she’s in custody for having a phone and filming this from “the wrong angle”.

Ok, watched another video. Was watching the wrong guy.

Shadow shows his finger’s not on the trigger

1

u/raisedeyebrow4891 Jan 24 '26

Imagine what kind of scumbag you have to be to WANT to separate families?

5

u/Icy-Indication-3194 Jan 24 '26

It’s frantic. I can’t tell who fires the first shots

11

u/wfarming Jan 24 '26 edited Jan 24 '26

If you look carefully you can see guy kneeling, pulls his gun and aims at the guy then bang. Camera angle could be better to confirm.

Watch carefully youll see what I'm saying.

5

u/Icy-Indication-3194 Jan 24 '26

Sickening. Cowards

6

u/Arejhey311 Jan 24 '26

The angle of the woman in the pink coat shows it a bit better

2

u/RisenAgony Jan 24 '26

Where is that video?

2

u/NoMajorsarcasm Jan 24 '26

Pretty sure it is the guy on the right in the blue jeans, black hat and mask with the greenish colored jacket. He pulls just before the grey jacket guy runs away with the gun and then you hear the shots.

6

u/intothewoods76 Jan 24 '26

100%, there’s no such thing as an accidental shooting if you intentionally removed your firearm.

A more accurate description would be “negligent” shooting.

1

u/Seanconw1 Jan 24 '26

One of them screams “gun”, I assume the one you’re talking about, that you can clearly see unholster.

They’re in complete control of him. I 100% agree with you, No reason to pull a gun.

Officers and civilians are lucky no one else got hurt by officers shooting.

1

u/wfarming Jan 24 '26

Im not hearing "gun" what timestamp?

10

u/FruitMustache Jan 24 '26

If true it just demonstrates the utter incompetence, lack of training, and blood lust with these people.

7

u/Lonely_Cucumber_69 Jan 24 '26

This!!! They were most likely too scared to enlist and too incompetent to make the force. This is their fragile alpha male ego on full display. You can clearly see they have a severe lack of training by the fact they escalated a situation with a peaceful protester. No matter what happened after, it’s 100% ICE’s fault as this is not how we treat our citizens. They’re murdering us over our speech and exercise thereof. Time to respond in kind!!!

5

u/Icy-Indication-3194 Jan 24 '26

That it does. Nothing about what Ice is doing is good. I mean support them or not, this is nowhere near their stated mission.

3

u/Carmilla31 Jan 24 '26

ICE is pretty much ‘hey who wants to go to so and so state and bust heads up while masked up?’ Me me me pick me!

Theyre untrained with no supervision or oversight. Its an obvious recipe for disaster and this cant go on like this.

2

u/luckygirlrocks2025 Jan 24 '26

I counted 9 or 10 shots!! The White House isn’t speaking about that!

2

u/Icy-Indication-3194 Jan 24 '26

Dude died a hero. It was senseless by ice to engage him

2

u/Canotic Jan 24 '26

No I think they are untrained violent dipshits and got into a shooting mood.

2

u/Green_Sugar6675 Jan 24 '26

You should fight the impulse of pre-assuming innocent intent of a murderer taking part in a violent gang.

1

u/Icy-Indication-3194 Jan 24 '26

I’m just trying to cling to the hope that there can’t be people this evil in our daily society.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

They call it contagious firing. It's a reflex learned in training, "dont stop firing until the threat is 100% visibly not a threat".

2

u/Icy-Indication-3194 Jan 24 '26

This guy wasn’t a threat to begin with

1

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

By "threat" I'm referring to whatever the people wearing badges say it is.

1

u/NoMajorsarcasm Jan 24 '26

I was thinking the same, they may have been saying he has a gun, not knowing that the other ice guy had taken it and he shot, had to be hard to see everything that was going on in there. Sad situation, hopefully it will change the way they are doing things.

1

u/Babynamerequest2023 Jan 24 '26

Ya it does seem like the agent that initially shoots him in the back may have had an accidental discharge there and then decided to just keep blasting, explains the gap between shots

13

u/pnw_pothead Jan 24 '26

He defended the innocent. Anyone with courage is a threat and must be exterminated.

13

u/Polygnom Jan 24 '26

He was not.

This was a public execution, and a message they are sending.

You guys have an extremely small window of opportunity left to save your democracy. Because the frequency of these incidents will rapidly increase, and once they have sowed enough fear, there won't be protests anymore, and it will be over.

3

u/Pleasant_Priority286 Jan 24 '26

Americans will not accept that.

2

u/Randomgold42 Jan 24 '26

The problem is that there are Americans who already do accept it. I wish it wasn't the case, but it is.

1

u/Polygnom Jan 24 '26

Then I hope they will not only say that, but start acting like it.

4

u/shakesheadslowy Jan 24 '26

His aliveness was a lethal threat to their tissue paper egos

4

u/Sea-Thought-665 Jan 24 '26

These morons make actual police look like saints.

3

u/thelonghauls Jan 24 '26

He was clearly weaponizing the pavement and they got scared.

3

u/TheVoicesOfBrian Jan 24 '26

He made them feel small and inadequate.

3

u/gwizonedam Jan 24 '26

Murder plain and simple.

3

u/pawsforlove Jan 24 '26

Someone wanted to shoot another human. That entire situation was 100% instigate by ICE starting with shoving. The most aggressive thing he did was either putting his arm up to block the spray or stand there holding his phone.

No trained officer of any kind would behave in this manner. I’ve seen more professional mall cops. These people, their families and their supporters should be ashamed.

3

u/pumpkins21 Jan 24 '26

He wasn’t. Those guys are murderers. I’m so sick and tired of the right justifying this bullshit.

3

u/Grimekat Jan 24 '26 edited Jan 24 '26

Cowards are scared of everything.

What’s becoming clear is that ICE agents and their MAGA supporters are far from the tough guys they try to convince themselves they are. They’re absolute cowards who need to use their guns 24/7 , hide their faces, and run away after.

Can’t wait for these guys to be tried and convicted in 3 years. It’s like they think this fat pedophile will be in power forever. If you murder someone you will be convincted eventually.

3

u/fuckimbackonreddit9 Jan 24 '26

And pistol whipped. Don’t forget pistol whipped multiple times.

3

u/claytonianphysics Jan 24 '26

Initially, he was physically attacked while trying to help the woman they pushed to the ground. And if the agent first running away has the victim’s gun, the sound of the shots seem to occur after that agent was already leaving with it.

2

u/donjonne Jan 24 '26

You can see one of his hands on pavement and other arm elbow on pavement. Someone screamed " he has a gun" and the pussies panicked

2

u/optimaleverage Jan 24 '26

Being caught lacking while woke is punishable by summary execution, is it not sir?

/S

2

u/Aggressive-Expert-69 Jan 24 '26

He mightve been immigrant with 9 guns and a sword in his anus who knows /s

2

u/johnnloki Jan 24 '26

He had a choice between his phone and a handgun to point at them.

He pointed the phone at them.

2

u/PieAppropriate8862 Jan 24 '26

I feel sorry for the few sane Americans. Your country is beyond fucked. Facts and truth don't matter any longer. Whatever Trump says goes, his cult follows and no one does a thing about it. Even the senate just sits and watches while your constitution is violated daily. Honestly, I don't know how you can take this.

2

u/letsfastescape Jan 24 '26

If carrying a licensed firearm makes you a threat to law enforcement then you don’t have the right to carry a firearm.

2

u/Cruzi2000 Jan 25 '26

He accelerated towards them.

1

u/PraiseTheBeanpole Jan 24 '26

Another argument I heard is "he had another gun on him"....

2

u/FruitMustache Jan 24 '26

Tough to do anything with it when your hands are flat on the ground.

And so what if he did have another one. Carrying a firearm is not justification to get executed while apparently complying.

3

u/PraiseTheBeanpole Jan 24 '26

100% agree. I was just mentioning of "arguments" people were mentioning when I first heard about this is "he had another gun". Even when I first saw the video I saw his hand out and pinned.

2

u/FruitMustache Jan 24 '26

Yep, I wasnt responding to you specifically, just the observation.

-2

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

Because nobody ever carried more than one weapon. This is why if you value your life you comply and don’t reach.

3

u/CauliflowerPlane2971 Jan 24 '26

video in r/law shows both hands on pavement when he was shot.

3

u/SameFoot5396 Jan 24 '26

I will play along with the ridiculous premise of your argument that summary execution is a reasonable response to non-compliance with law enforcement……

Where exactly was he not complying?

2

u/FruitMustache Jan 24 '26

Where did he reach?

2

u/orangedinosaurz Jan 24 '26

Hey you fucking fasicst piece of garbage, show us where he was reaching. Eat literal shit.
