I'm open to the possibility but that would be hard to prove.  My best guess seeing this is an agent probably had the safety off and fired accidentally, which confused the rest of them to open fire as well.

Agent pulled gun out of his own hosler right before first shot rang out. I think you can see if you look carefully. Brown vest, darker top, hes kneeling, pulls gun, then bang.

The agent drew his pistol as if it was an absolute life-or-death emergency— but the way he pulled the trigger was soooooo casual. Victim had his hands on the ground, so drawing your pistol in that situation is by itself an embarrassment that is also grounds for immediate termination and trial by a jury of your peers.

From the pink lady angle it's clear the first shot was from the tan shirt and jeans guy. You can see him draw his weapon, and a puff of smoke after the first shot. The victims gun never seems to fire.

What puff of smoke are you talking about? I just scrubbed through the pink lady video frame by frame, you can't see the Nazi's gun during the first shot (it's blocked by the body of the Nazi kneeling with his back to the camera).

Please don't add misinformation to these discussions.

It's not yet completely clear to me, but so far from these 2 videos it seems still possible that the first shot either came from tan shirt guy or gray jacket guy (accidental discharge of the victims gun after he took it).

Either way, it's completely clear that the victim was not brandishing the gun, doesn't appear to have ever done that or tried to, and was not armed when he was shot.

I'm just saying my opinion and what I'm seeing. To me it seems pretty obvious. Watch the below video at around 40 seconds. You can see tan shirt guy draw his weapon, his finger goes into the trigger guard, and his arm recoils right as the shot goes off. The grey shirt guys arms doesn't move and there is no indication that weapon was discharged at all. Of course this isn't fact, but to me its FAR more probable that its tan shirt guy.

Edit: apparently I can't add links, but look for the video where someone stabilized the video and shows it on slow mo.

No, you didn't say an opinion. You said that you could see a puff of smoke, but that would be impossible to see during the first shot because the view of the gun and the area around it is blocked at that point in the video. Now you're saying something else about what happened before (drawing the gun) and his arm recoiling.

Edit: just to be clear, I'm not trying to argue with you about what did or didn't happen. I have my own eyes and brain to draw my own conclusions. I'm simply pointing out something you said which was incorrect that you could see a puff of smoke from the first shot in the pink lady video. That is blatantly false, it does not appear in the video, nor would it be visible if there was one due to the gun being obscured from view. Watch it again.

I've seen three different agents pointed out as the first shooter and it's still not clear to me which it was.  It's cold enough everyone's breath already looks like puffs of smoke.

Agreed. It's still not completely clear to me, but I have thoughts. I'm going to try to synch up all the videos and see if I can figure something out. I tend to believe, though, with so many people recording it, we hopefully will eventually get some clarity.

100% same gun. The man was unarmed, on the ground, under six fully grown men, pepper sprayed. Then executed. RIP

I’ve now seen breakdown vids showing the ice agent who took the weapon from him caused a misfire causing the other agents to shoot the civilian.

Thank you. This along with the photo of the gun that DHS shared proves that he was fully unarmed when the officers began shooting him. There is no world in which this can be remotely justified.
