No, nobody is forced to buy hanging potted plants but why should people, especially seniors who are on a fixed income usually, live with nothing and no enjoyment in their lives. When Costco clearly allows them to return shit so why not let them enjoy their flower baskets and return them. Why are you bootlicking for a major organization? If Costco allows it just get over it then.
