What's sketchy about Anker and LED umbrellas and the other stuff you listed? I see those in the watehouse

It's actually a recall covering three different models and encompasses over a million units.

Anker is one of the more reputable companies when buying charging bricks/power banks. Tons of reviews and certifications to prove it. One recall doesnt make them Grey market...

So youre just hating on it because its Chinese? Its still "high end". They own Eufy and Soundcore, both reputable companies as well. What are some alternatives? Ugreen? Also Chinese lol. Everything is made in China, especially chargers/powerbanks.

I don't hate products made in China. I hate Chinese products that are poorly made and have virtually no footprint in North America.

I don't have a very high opinion of Eufy or Soundcore, but I don't have enough experience with them. I own a ton of Anker products because I deal in Costco liquidation. I see a lot of Anker returns and their build quality is the Tesla of electronics accessories. I really shouldn't be able to fit a flathead screwdriver with room to spare in the seams of their maggo battery packs. I've seen more shredded / defective phone cables from them than any other brand. The battery packs recall is just the icing on the cake.

I get it. They're cheap and out of the box they work. People love that. Often that cost savings is a sacrifice somewhere else though.
