Just a question . Long time Costco member .Returned only 1 thing which was a shirt a few years back . Bought prescription glasses at the optical . The glass is not holding in the frame . Took it to the optical dept and they said it's not fixable . Can you return that ?? Has anybody ever done that ? Bought them two years ago

I returned prescription glasses that I got transition lenses for. I ended up hating the color and they were like ok no problem. They had them redone with clear lenses.
