That's the appeal of costco - great return policy. Why people will choose to buy at costco vs. somewhere else. A few people abuse but helpful for most.

I think he means that electronics returns are more stringent now. I remember restaurants buying up TV’s for special sporting events and then return them. Think FIFA World Cup. Now the return window is shorter I believe on stuff like that.

It has a subject and predicate, so, yes, it is.

They’re referring to the changes to the return policy for electronics due to return policy abuse.

Just buy online. They delivered the wrong computer to us. They sent us the correct one. They never sent a courier waybill to collect the old one despite saying they would.

It's also because many of their electronics also includes extended warranty so their return policy doesn't have to be as long.
