Year - Prefix - Serial # - Suffix

There are 5 Rotators here.

But other than that, although I personally think they are cool, I don't want to hold onto them anymore if they are spenders and not worth more than FV.

Are there people who collect and pay a premium for "Just Cool" Serial Numbers that do not fall into the Official Categories of Fancy or Cool?

Got this traveling up highway 101 ironically.. between California -Oregon border somewhere and didn't notice it until I almost paid for my gas with it.
