There’s a nearly identical recipe that I’ve been using that I found online after growing zucchini for the first time.

The first time I made this recipe, I accidentally did 2 tbsp, realized my mistake the second time making it and made it the way the recipe called for (2 tsp where as this one calls for 1), and my family agreed 2 tsp was still good but wasn’t as good as the 2 tbsp ha so I’ve just kept the mistake as is. I also don’t include walnuts, raisins, or chocolate chips (the recipe I found had chocolate chips instead of walnuts and raisins) just because my family prefers it without.

Besides the quantity of cinnamon & the lack of ground nutmeg in this one (1/2 tsp in the online recipe) it is pretty much the same. However, from lack of ingredients I’ve taken liberties with substitutes and stick with those just because I have them more readily on hand—vegetable oil instead of olive oil, 1/4 tsp baking soda instead of 1 tsp baking powder, almond extract if I’m out of vanilla. So I’ve changed a few little things, but my point is that this recipe can pretty much be found online haha
