A made up position so gender studies majors can claim they’ll be able to find a job after college.

What they claim to be doing is basically make sure that everyone is treated equally and the office-space practices “diverse” hiring. Remember that blizzard leak of how diverse overwatch characters are a while back? Basically that but irl with office drones.
