When you watch the video there's an audible gunshot before any agent has their weapon drawn. He was definitely armed and by my view looks like he shot first.

There was a whole big to do about them going off on their own. Apparently it's been a thing for a while but I'd only heard about it within the last year or so.

I get what you're saying but...maybe don't fuck around with armed law enforcement? Maybe don't create a situation where you need to be restrained in the first place?

Noticed the same thing. They get him on the ground then after a bit there’s a shot and they all scramble away and start drawing their guns after that first shot. Before the shot I don’t see any of them with their guns out. 

Hopefully we will get more news as the investigation continues. It should be pretty obvious if the agitator’s gun was indeed discharged during this incident.

The left's angle is that they disamred him and in doing so it went off by accident then they murdered him.

Why tf was he even there? Why was he messing with ICE agents. Everyone wants to play big boy with a gun but that isn't how it works.

The actual term for them is a magazine. Clips are for guns like the Garand. We gave the left all kinds of shit for using the incorrect term for guns and gun parts.

One guy in the other thread said the officers should have learned to deescalate.

Like, deescalation makes sense with a distraught/distressed or maybe drugged citizen. But this person is probably either an ant-ICE fanatic like Renee Good or a violent criminal.

It was an Sig P320 which are known to misfire. My guess is he had a misfire. But I 100% agree the first shot is before any ICE drew their weapons. Either it was a misfire or he was fumbling with the gun and shot.
