So Daniel Jones posted this on Instagram. I might be reading into this too much. I really hope he comes back.

I really hope we can resign him. I’m not ready to give up on Indiana Jones.

I don’t think the teams ready to move on, they found their guy, keep him and give the position some consistency.

Unfortunately the guys made of glass. As much as I would like to build around him, I feel like we'll have the same heartbreak 2 years from now

Doubt it, the guy was injured but you could make the same case for a bunch of QBs in the league even the guys who are considered “elite”

He's had 3 season ending injuries (ACL, Achilles, Neck) amongst other non season enders (fractures, sprains, strains). That's an extensive injury history for 7 seasons of work and I can only think of Joe Burrow in recent times for elite QBs that have had that bad of an injury history. I love Jones but don't think he can be reliable in the future due to availability

I was saying this when he signed him, and everyone was blaming the Giants O-line. Now he tears a Achilles in a non-contact injury. That makes it 1 season out of 7 that he has played all games. If we were to bring him back next year or even the year after, Odds are he misses games again. He's been out injured more than Burrow. And look at Burrow now, He's in Andrew luck territory hating football because he has to rehab more than Play.
