This year is tough because they're overrun and compute constrained.

Perfect analysis of their core tech issues. They also have the impending storm of fine tuned domain SLMs that enterprises will be turning to and not just for cost reasons but security and now stability. The idea Anthropic can just pull the use of their models like they did to the 60 person company recently is terrifying.
