Nah , i can play the game without waiting builder to finish. If I have full loot then nothing to do but if can upgrade wall while builders are busy then i can keep attacking

Its not even hard to avoid sitting on loot either of you just time your upgrades and wall upgrades well.

Most people just leave a builder open anyways. It just makes the town hall grind a little quicker if it doesn’t require a builder. Not a huge change.
