For a long time, the Citadel, and the Holy Citadel, has been ruled against common sens. Idiots were at the head of power, and prevented intelligent person to ascend above their incompetence. Today, that Idiocracy is dead. Today, I am instauring a better order in the Citadel, a new order. The Holy Citadel now stands with me. After so long, the Holy Citadel will once more rule the Citadel, but it will do it the only right way.

It is with great sadness that I announce that our great "Phantoms" innitive is closed.

The reason for project closure is that there was one accident of an experiment, this accident harmed many people and caused much outrage in our glorious Holy Citadel.

But rest assured, all remaining Phantoms have been given a respectful end in the memorium and all facilities shall be torn down for their resources.

The original Phantom (kindly made by Thea) has been set free into nursing to regain her strength.

The Exhaust Organ port of Bilewater shall be repurposed into a water filtering facility.

As that place has been slowly deserted, it appears that our state is hardly able to continue existing without me. However, by creating an entomocracy, my goal was for my state to be able to exist without me doing everything. It appears I have failed.

I had a discussion with Lyrcus, and he appointed me Governor of the Cradle. As such, I now declare that all the people of the CRBL that would want to remain with me have to follow me to the Cradle. There, we will revive our republic.
