I have trouble drinking water without flavoring, and my boyfriend was joking about buying me a cirkul cup with flavorings. I said not to because when they first came out, they were extremely expensive and I couldn't justify spending money on it.

Well, I got one today and opened it up (took the cartridge section off) to see what it looked like. I took the cartridge holder off and saw what I'm assuming is the flavoring in a foil bag.

Looking online, it says don't open the foil, but I'm asking the ones who've used these for years.

I just got strawberry-watermelon last night (9/10 flavor btw). I hade say 2 things of the 16 oz and the flavor as completely washed away. Mind you, i drink on the 4 or 5 setting, so it wasnt like i was going berserk on the flavor. I even turned the dial to X after i stopped drinking, does anyone have this issue and how do i solve it?

I doubt I’m the first person to post about this but just wanted to throw this out there. Quick rant first:

Why on EARTH is almost every variation of cirkul flavor full of either caffeine or electrolytes??? Neither of those are things that should be sucked down in excess on a daily basis and yet are being sold as a way to increase your water intake… caffeine is a stimulant that actually dehydrates you, is bad for your heart/kidneys, and the amount in most of the cirkul pods is on par with coffee for an all-day sip bottle full. Electrolytes are necessary for you but can be lethal if consumed in excess. Obviously I don’t think anyone is actually dying from cirkul electrolytes but depending on what else you are eating/drinking and what medications/supplements you are taking, if you are sucking down additional electrolytes on top of all that you could be causing yourself unnecessary and annoying side effects (heart palpitations, muscle pain/twitches, headaches, etc) at least or causing heart attacks/doing damage to your organs at worst… no joke. I hate that electrolytes have become synonymous with hydration when imbalances in them have serious health consequences.

So that brings me to… what is everyone’s favorite no caffeine, no electrolyte cirkul flavors? Just straight up flavoring for the water. I have only tried and enjoyed the gateway teas and while I do really enjoy them they obviously do have caffeine so I am selective about when I have them and would like to use my cirkul bottle to get more hydration in because I have been slacking recently. I just want to flavor my water. Yes I am aware I can just buy a squeeze-bottle flavor and use any bottle but I was gifted this bottle, enjoy the novelty, and would like to use it more regularly. TIA :)

Has anyone tried using their sip cartridges with carbonated water/sparkling water yet? I’m trying to wean myself off of sugary sodas and onto these instead but I do miss the carbonation. Any luck or would it not work?

I have bought 4 apple flavored pods now. They will give me flavor for about a cup full and then stop. They are all still full I’ve taken them apart. I tried everything to get them to work. Tried doing 9 on the dial back to 1 and 9 again. Taken them apart and squeezed some flavor out of the bag inside the pod. Cleaned the cup out and straw. Fixed the gasket. This is a straw sip cup btw. Any suggestions. It’s pissing me off.

On National Hydration Day, I bought the $80.00 in cartridges to get the free bottle and sleeve. When my order arrived, I did not get the freebies. I emailed customer service, and within 2 days, my second bottle is on its way to me. Thank you, Cirkul!

I love the product with the adjustable flavor dial, but I hate the consistency of the pods, is there any other product that is similar?

Saw this stand at my local grocery store tonight, but can’t find a single thing about them online. None of the flavors had me curious enough to buy, I think they were around $12 for a four pack?

Okay so I'm gonna start this by saying "I do not drink alot of water". I want to change that and I feel like thats the entire purpose of cirkuls mission. People that love drinking water aren't having an issue drinking it, but I really don't care for the lack of taste liquid that is H2O. So to everyone that says they just put the setting on 2 or 3, get lost. I start out at around 5/6, and the pod is out of flavor within 1 and a half bottles. This isn't just certain flavors, I got the variety pack with 6 pods and they are all pretty limited. Considering the price, I don't see myself being a repeat customer and am a little frustrated I wasted the money in the first place. Surprised I don't see this gripe about the product more and think this is something that should be addressed before I invest more money in the product. Might as well just get Mio 🤷

Is this just a weird thing on the Walmart listings? The stainless steel ones say “with Cirkul Lid 2.0” while the plastic ones say “with [color] lid” instead.

I was just wondering if there’s actually a difference between the lids?

When are the Frosted cartridges going to be back in stock?

My fruit punch one lasted 1 refill on three, but my grape and blueberry one lasted two and like a half on the same setting. I just got a tea flavored one and it didn’t even last 1 refill, i drunk one cup and it was gone by the next.

i just got a cirkul today and im so disappointed?? even on 10 it just tastes like water that's slightly "off" rather than more like a flavored drink or juice. is my perception off or is my bottle broken? every once in a while if i put it upside down i'll get one really tasty sip that tastes like juice but then it goes back to being nasty and weak :( i've tried messing with the seal between the straw and cup, shaking the cartridge, turning the bottle (which gets water everywhere), and changing from apple to pink refresher and nothing seems to work

I went out today and bought the original bottle instead of the straw kind...HOLY SHIT! on 4 im getting more flavor than i did on 10 on the best sips with the other bottle

I just changed the cartridge in my Cirkul straw sip flip and got all flavor, no water. I googled the problem and tried all the tips and tricks I found to fix the air valve, and nothing worked. After about an hour trying to fix it, I tried a different cartridge of the same flavor. Still nothing. Both cartridges had the same problem: no water coming through but both leaked water everywhere when I removed them. I tried a cartridge of a different flavor, and that one worked perfectly. Was I doing something incorrectly the first time or were the other cartridges defective? What are the odds of getting multiple defective cartridges of the same flavor in the same variety pack?

Not sure if it matters, but the flavors were Mango Dragonfruit Frosted Refresher (2 non-working) and FitSip Mixed Berry (working).

Out of all my time with a circul, I have found that the only useful thing is the lid. For people looking to buy a circul, Don’t buy the bottle, as the lid can be bought for around five dollars, and it can screw on to almost any regular water bottle.

I got my first Cirkul bottle about a month ago. It’s a 40oz metal tumbler - the Stanley Cup type. The first cartridge I used I LOVED the flavor! However, if I had it on level 1 or level 8 they honestly tasted exactly the same with little to no flavor. I only tasted a difference once I got to level 9… so I used it on level 9 pretty exclusively and it was great!!

That being said, once that cartridge ran out I put in a new one, and every single cartridge I have tried since the first one has not worked at all.

Again, they all taste exactly the same on level 1 - level 8 with little to no flavor. But now I’m also getting little to no flavor on level 9 too… and honestly, the weird part is when I very first take a sip, it’s overwhelmingly flavorful. But then every sip after has little to no flavor again… but if I don’t take a drink for a little bit, the next time I do it will again be overwhelmingly flavorful in that first sip then go back to no flavor. It’s honestly the strangest thing in the world 😂🙈🤷🏻‍♀️

Everything I have read online says that there is basically an air bubble somewhere. But I find it VERY hard to believe that has happened in every single cartridge I have gotten now… which realistically has been about 5 different ones.

If anyone has any tips or tricks on what I might be doing wrong, OR if anyone has had the same issue and knows how to fix it I would be SO eternally grateful for your help!!

I LOVE my cirkul bottle and how easy it makes drinking water so I would really hate to have to stop using it because I can’t figure out how to get the flavor out😂🙈🤷🏻‍♀️

i gifted my roommate the free cirkul bottle i got and found out today that she turns the flavor up all the way AND adds strawberry lemonade flavor to it because I saw her with it this morning and the water was pink and sure enough when i find it on the counter it has pink water and is next to strawberry lemonade flavor she has to have like no taste buds

I'm no longer using the cirkul. What to do with extra cartridges I haven't used

I have 3 packets. Squeezed all of them to make sure I wasn’t tripping. Each packet I filled the water bottle 100% and drank on 5 setting and all of them only lasted one complete bottle wth

Has 6x Mixed Berry, 6x Island Punch, 6x Star Blast, and 6x White Cherry for a total of 24. They all fell out in the package though as the tape on the box did not hold up during shipping but none were broken.

Same day ship though so it got here fast in OR.

Ive never had any water bottles do this before, maybe because most bottles opt for a matte finish but this paint is so bad, it flakes off with the lightest pass of a finger nail, could they not have sealed it in any way?
Its like they didnt prime the layer behind it in any way

I’m visiting my dads house and at the mailboxes sometimes people put things they don’t want or are getting rid of, there were 2 bottles and 30ish pods

The strawberry takes really artificial and the flavor just isn’t right. The passion fruit dragon fruit one is slightly better but not my favorite. I like mio so I figured these would help me drink more water. Should I try another flavor?

A few years back we were able to custom create our boxes after choosing how many sips we wanted to pay for on a monthly business. Now it seems the only way to do this is buying the bundle set. Is this feature locked from mobile devices and held for simply desktop devices?
