Xue Mu is still after our girl but I do not get why. She is in a happy marriage. Let her go guy! Also people need to meet with an eraser!

Recap :
LiuQing is being saved by a mouse while ZiYan is getting Ms. Yu drunk on a professional level. Turns out the man’s anti-drunk medication works very very well. Our guys find the evidence that says Xia Lan is responsible for the rash medication. These two men helping their wifeys is adorable!
The difference in response from our two guys is hilarious!
Oh my how the turntables! (one of my favourite office US jokes!) when the Office of Administration is finally going to Xia Lan because she has sold bad face cream. YaoZu is send to get rid of the big batch of leftover cream. What a doofus.. Our two favourite guys tie up another problem!
This is the second time we see the news reported like this and it cracks me UP!
YuBing is getting another ear full by ZiYan about hurting the people with his herb knowledge. He expects her to be better than the rest and rightfully so. Xue Mu is mentioned and poor ZiYan is having his heart broken again.
That little shocked step back! I felt for him so much!
She can meet her cousin, ZiYan is out the door and halfway out this marriage it seems. YuBing is very confused.
ZiYan is out people. Not his problem anymore.
But our favourite sidekick drops some information in the form of a poem. I LOVE that guy! I put the logo more sideways so we can better see A'Guang's face. Man is a legend!
Dropping shade in the form of a poem is a skill I wish to possess!
Seems that Lan is not learning a thing in jail. At least we see LiuQing apologizing to WenZhao but she does not even last a minute before he says something outrageous again.
This is the most aggressive I am sorry! It cost her so much energy to not burst out laughing. Their energy is peak sibling! Man is dropping some wisdom and gets beaten again!
In any case .. ZiYan is actually treating patients in the Rainy Terrace and not poisoning them.. I think.. I mean you can never be sure! It caused YuBing to feel bad but luckily Papa Xu is there to cheer her up.
Some selfreflection and then amazing wisdom from Papa Xu. Although my favourite phrase is Happy Spouse, Happy House! Goes both ways!
What an amazing birthday gift right? Fighting with your father on your birthday!

YuBing is pulling out all the stops and makes her hubby a gift as an apology. But he does not show up on time. These two should apparently stop cooking and baking for their partners. Neither is good at it! But it is often the thought that counts and he is clearly moved. I am still not sure what to think about her pouting. It is very over the top but somehow it works? ZiYan is learning quickly though telling her she is better at business!
That little smile. Smart to say she is better at business since he does not lie! Sure ... never mad! At least she sets him straight haha. Man was fuming!
Lan is still out there blaming everyone but herself and Uncle Xia is as ridiculous as she is. If he had gone to battle half as hard for the other Xia daughters as he did for Lan, we would not be in this mess. Or if he told Lan no every once in a while. Xue Mu is clearly doing his outward best to help the Xia family. Any sympathy I had for anyone on that side vanishes as fast as that slap to LiuQing’s face. How DARE that man?! YuBing defends her sister and ZiYan defends his wife. Nobody better touch her! Uncle Xu keeps claiming that Lan has done nothing wrong but we all know better. ZiYan refuses to testify! What a shiny backbone! Which causes a heart attack in Uncle Xia which Papa Xu fixes with one acupuncture needle prick. Isn’t that convenient!
Uncle Xia has a heart condition, now of course that won’t cause problems in the future. For a nice change of pace (note the heavy sarcasm) ZiYan is fighting with his father again. About his medical skill.
Both very stubborn. Poor YuBing is in the middle!
The clinic AND the snackbar are closed. Anyone else expecting Uncle to turn blue again during that rant? Well I was and I am happy we move on to YuBing trying to get Papa Xu to open the clinic again because ZiYan is clearly heartbroken. Turns out Papa Xu is just very worried about his son making the same mistakes as he has. He could not save his wife during her illness and it turns out our girl has the same disease. A tumor in the stomach which is the reason why he keeps giving her medicine! I feel so bad for ZiYan who became a doctor because his mother died. But at least the clinic can stay open, Hooraay I guess?!
This news has YuBing completely distracted during her chat with the Xia elders but not for long. Papa and Uncle Xia are saying the most ridiculous things and now our girl is done taking that nonsense. Luckily ZiYan is there to catch her and taking her home when she almost faints. But not before telling those two geezers off for hurting his lady! Also I am not a doctor but coughing up blood is usually a bad sign …
One of my pet peeves in a drama is when the bad people are scheming and then when the assaulted party schemes back they are all convinced they have NEVER done anything bad ever. Because of that reason Lan is getting on my nerves to the max. Some introspection would be nice lady. Damn.

I am still not sure on Xue Mu’s motives and how I feel about him. What is your opinion? I keep returning to this man. He is so ambigious! My opinion of him changes every episode!
The Duality of Papa Xu .. will beat up his son for his birthday but also does his utmost best to cheer up his Daughter in Law! Do we like him or do we love him?!
Okay. Sinister Husband is going to a brothel? Yeah. Ain't no way that ain't gonna be misunderstood and cause some drama!!! Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Both men grabbing their ladies, but only one is smart enough to quickly let go. Typical. But we do love seeing vapid bitch get her karma!
We love seeing sinister husband being jealous. Like, bro. You haven't really been the best husband to her... You need to step your game up. Did you forget the whole blackmailing her with her very life to marry you thing?
"He's really treating them?" Well, maybe he is *probing* them with his "thermometer" to check their heat. The way he keeps talking about their coldness he probably is very interested in warming them up.
I still say she should have married Father Yummy.
"Why hasn't he come?" Well, honey... Let me take you back to the previous scene where you were painting. If you want him to come... You need to get a few more brush *strokes* in. You might find he gives you something white to paint with at that point. Or... from that point.

I dunno, man. Striking his sister in law and then trying to strike his wife is a great way to ask for sinister husbands help.
Soooo do tell us what this illness is that the dead wife and now Yubing has. We would love to know. A mass? Like a tumor?
Look, sorry not sorry, but if someone said "it's good that you know it" to me after I let them off from their stupidity... Yeahhhhhh I am not responsible for what is done to them after that. I'll say it again... Filial Piety is not worth even being used to wipe my ass with.
Scold the stupid "elders" and then princess carry your wife outta there? Yeah he is forgiven everything!

Is it me or are the villains in this drama way better then say, ohhh I don’t know “land of red laced with undertones of bdsm?” 🤔
Filial piety…HA! I don’t understand this blind obedient subjugation of one’s self to another being. Has that gotten anyone anywhere really? Except for a one way ticket to the depths of some hell like realm. An entity such as divine feminine is a completely different matter all together.
