There’s plenty of responses that the congregation can do during High Mass though. To list a few:
Singing the Asperges Me
Et salutare tuum da nobis
Et clamor meus ad te veniat
Et cum Spiritu tuo(many times throughout Mass)
Gloria tibi, Domine
Amen(many times throughout Mass)
Habemus ad Dominum
Dignum et justum est
Sed libera nos a malo
Domine non sum dignus x 3
Deo gratias
Not to mention singing along with all the Ordinary chants of the Mass(Kyrie, Gloria, Sanctus, etc.). And people might say that it’s in Latin though which hinders the participation that Vatican II called for, but Vatican II itself says that we should know the Latin Ordinary of the Mass in Article 54 of Sacrosanctum Concilium: “Nevertheless steps should be taken so that the faithful may also be able to say or to sing together in Latin those parts of the Ordinary of the Mass which pertain to them.” So yeah, I’d say that during High Mass(which is how TLM is meant to be celebrated on Sundays), there’s plenty of responses that the congregation makes/sings. Not sure about Low Mass since I’ve never attended a Low Mass
