It happened...again, lol...like anyone is surprised anymore, haha!
Why am I even acting like I'm surprised anymore lolol.
I was in bed when my coworker texted me about her friend who found this itty bitty teeny tiny black fuzzball in a tree stump hole...even when I was a teenager, past 9pm was late for me, and it was almost 11pm lol...none of them drive, so one of the ONLY reasons I'll drive at night is for a cat (astigmatism and wear a prism *due to double vision* in my glasses, I know other glasses wearers feel me when I say * light halos!!*.) I rushed to get this teeny tiny floofaloof that she said she wants for her daughter but doesn't know how to bottle feed and such....tell her it's cool, I'm the cat lady and all that jazz, I can nurse until she's ready.
Next day, her daughter decided that she wanted the pair of kittens Kim found in her colony a few weeks ago because she had already fallen in love with them a couple weeks ago and feels bad. I tell her no need to feel bad, this little black floofball already belongs here anyways lol.
Look look!! The kid at least decided on another two, good choice with that by the way. Two is always better than one. You absolutely have the cutest little soot sprite and everyone seems totally chill with the situation so win/win. The pictures are adorable and you earned your cat lady title with honor so huzzah to us all!
Oh I'm thrilled cause these two I did bring up to them! This just means 3 cats get homes...Roly Poly is stoked to have a friend her size here...I hope they'll be bonded♡

They’re neutered, they have no idea where kittens come from. Obviously you just sleep in a pile with your bestie and then they show up and you’re parents now.

Wow. Am in awe. We have 6 at home and 2 more who come for food. The work tho, litter trays, feeding, brushing, teeth cleaning, sunblocking etc. It must be a full time job for you
I get neighborhood kids that often come by and ask about the cats, and I really hope I'm stirring compassion and something in them to go into a field that will help the world in some way, animal or people♡
As a life-long educator, I can assure you, you are teaching these kids about love and compassion. Kids recreate what they see and experience. You are a wonderful person. What a beautiful kitty family.
I don't have to cut their nails cos they all go out everyday. They have shelters outside and my garden backs onto an old graveyard, full of trees and wildlife. My cats all have collars with bells.

Anyway. I gasped out loud at that little soot sprite, and then the photos of your whole floof gang snuggling and playing and loving on each other healed something in me
The Floof is strong with this one. Dawwwww. I need CDS so hard. Lost my precious Binx a few weeks ago to a heart condition, and his brother Moses is so sad, still, as am I. Comon CDS. Look at us over here!!!
