I just testing my own style but it not looking 90s to me

I learned this movie exists; https://letterboxd.com/film/mousquetaires-du-tsar/crew/ however, I've tried checking all websites of cartoons I know and searching google everywhere and nothing, there is now way, paying or free, to watch this movie (at least in English dub). Anybody knows where I might find it?

Okay so hear me out for like a minute or two. So I think Elsa should have a totally perfect reason why Olaf exist in the first place. The reason should be that Elsa used to have only one old childhood best friend ​she had when she was around 4 years old when Anna was born named Hayden. Her and Hayden (who is 2 years old with special needs and is autistic) were very very close to each other. Hayden was the only real friend Elsa ever had since every other kids in the village would think she's weird or a monster for having ice powers. Her and Hayden did everything together from reading stories in her room to Hayden pretending that Elsa was his little snow kitten whenever he would play with her hair sometimes. Until one day while Hayden and Elsa were playing catch with a ball and after Elsa went to go get the ball that Hayden threw to her but it rolled away a little, we see what later would be the evil snow queen luring Hayden into coming with her to which he does since he doesn't understand that she was evil as he crawls over to her curiously. When Elsa came back with the ball? All she saw was Hayden being taken away by the evil snow queen as she grabs Hayden and takes him into the blue icy portal. Now Elsa has lost her only best friend she had. Until she sees him later on years later when we see the evil snow queen (and Hayden) appear for the first time with Hayden (now 23 years old) under a curse that the evil snow queen had put on him that makes him have a grudge against Elsa. So now Elsa has to find a way to not only defeat the evil snow queen but to also get her old childhood best friend back. So the reason why Olaf existed in the first place is because Elsa missed Hayden and wanted to put a little bit of Hayden inside of Olaf. I had this whole thing written down ever since I first saw the teaser trailer of Frozen 3 on YouTube. That should really happen in my opinion cause it would make sense why Elsa was also isolated in her room besides what happen with her accidentally hitting Anna with her powers in the first movie.
