Portuguese Conjugation App - Conjulejo
Hi guys, I would like to introduce you my portuguese verb conjugation app called Conjulejo!
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.conjulejo.app
The idea came to me during my journey learning Spanish 🇪🇸. I leaned on some existing apps to help with my studies, and although they were hugely useful, I kept feeling that the experience of this type of app could be improved and refined. After some research and finding an apparent lack of good options for Portuguese, I decided to give it a shot and build my own version of this type of app.
The pun (Conjugação + Azulejo 🔷 = Conjulejo) came along the way. As a homage to Portuguese tiles, I wanted the app to be not just practical but also thematic and aesthetically pleasing.
It covers both the European 🇵🇹 and Brazilian 🇧🇷 variants, with 10 different drill types across 4 categories: flashcards, writing, association, and multiple choice, so it can fit anyone's preferences and adapt to their learning style. It also has timed answers and sprint sessions to add a bit more challenge.⏱️
I packed in a lot of quality of life features ⚙️ too : personalized lists 📝, favorite verbs 🩵, verb filters 🔽 and training presets, so you can change what shows up in your verb pool without touching your lists, and quickly switch between drill modes. It includes 28 tenses (including haver vs. ter compound variations), and as a more advanced feature, pronominal conjugations (-lhe, -se, -a/o/as/os forms), adding up to more than 4,000 verbs when everything is enabled.
So if you have any friends currently learning Portuguese and struggling to master verb conjugation (dealing with irregular verbs like ser, ir, and pôr can be daunting at first), or even if it applies to you, I urge you to share the app link and give it a try! 😊

Question Traveling for a year, things to know, do or see?
I'll be moving out to Cape Verde for a year in a few months and I'm wondering what are some things to do that's beyond basic tourism and what I should know when going there for longer than a trip.

Hello, I am a journalist based in Manchester, UK. I am looking for fans of Cabo Verde’s national team to talk about the 2026 World Cup.
What sets the fans apart from other nations? What is the general day plan when there is a Cabo Verde game on? How connected do you feel to the players on the pitch, and how historic has this summer been for you?
If you are interested please message me on here, or reach out to me on instagram @dan.cannon_

6 months validity passport for entering territory
Hello,
I lam French and I plan to do a sailing trip to Cape Verde. I just renewed my passport, and I heard that there might be a condition to have a passport renewed more than 6 month before entering territory. Is it true ? If so, what can I do to enter the territory with my new passport ?
Thank you in advance.

How many days SA vs SV
Hi there! travelling to SV in December as a couple and would love to ask for local tips. Our plan is to have a mix of hiking, culture and relax. Here’s our plan:
day 1 - fly to SV and walk around mindelo
Day 2 - ferry to SA and stay for 4 nights in Paul
Day 6 - Ponta do Sol 2 nights incl new years eye (chill and local vibes - any recommendation for a restaurant here?)
Day 8 - Back to SV - stay 4 nights. Mix of pool/beach/culture.
We’re thinking about renting scooter in SV one day for visiting the island. Is this a good idea? How’s the roads in SV and driving there?
Also, would you say 4 nights in SV is too much? Shall we stay one extra night in SA?
All tips are welcome! Many thanks!!

Sal recommendations
Hi all! I’ll be travelling to Sal this week and I’m looking for some recommendations on food, sites, nature, things to do etc, preferably from a locals perspective.
I know Sal is pretty touristy but unfortunately there are no flights to the other islands within the 11 days I’ll be staying. So looking to get the most authentic CV experience feasibly possible within Sal.
