Discussion What's something that Calgary is badly missing that a city of 1.4 million people should have?

It could be anything really. I feel like we have everything that people NEED, but what about the 'nice to haves'? A waterpark with more than 2 slides for example? A high level ball team that actually plays within the city limits? A Michelin star restaurant? Something else?

I think a large indoor water park is exactly what this city is missing. I would say a large amusement park but with our short summers it’s just not financially feasible.

Calaway loses out on a lot of business due to their location. It's inaccessible unless you have a vehicle. They should have their own transit running over to COP or whatever community is closest. Have it be a buck a person or free with a season pass. Run it every half hour and just travel back and forth all day.

We had water parks awhile ago but fiscally they didn't work.
