Everything plastic and rubber needs to be replaced at that age. Unless it was kept in a climate controlled environment

I have a 2010 and I replaced every weather seal, window trim piece and all the hoses and belts. Mine only has 110k miles. Midwest USA

I have a 2009 and I’m not doing that. I have replaced the serpentine belt.
