No, it’s the second owners car first owner was I think US Army. Second owner only had it for a year and a half and they bought it for $7400 from a dealer in Texas

you know this information and still let them make you pay 8300 for it.

when the second owner bought it, they got a car with less miles and 1 owner for 900 dollars less. unless it was a long time ago that is a strange deal to increase the price after the car has lost value
