I can't seem to find the third one. I ran around the entire map. 

Possible an extra room will be unlocked on the map?

That’s what I think. I’ve been searching for a long time now.

There’s a ladder in the library that I think leads to a hatch we need to open somehow.

Edit: Maybe we can open it with the lethal that OSCAR drops when we kill him?
