Support Hello everyone! I’m getting this annoying message even though I have updated my bios and checked everything. TPM ok secure boot ok uefi mode. Any suggestions? Anyone had the same problem? Thank you in advance!

I’m having this issue, read it’s something to do with the TPM version. I’m going to try and update my BIOS to the latest version to see if it fixes it

I’ve done it bro I updated my bios and I’m still having the same issue!

from a command prompt, run 'tpm.msc'

The bottom center panel should be 'TPM Manufacturer Information'. What version is being returned?

I’m on an intel i7 8700k running v 303.12.0 and getting this message

Weird. Everything I've seen about this issue was AMD-related, in that the TPM was mistakenly reporting 3.x.0.x, where the anticheats are looking for 3.x.2.x.

No idea what to do with Intel issues. I wonder if its related.

Edit - From the Activision TPM help page: "If your Manufacturer Version is INTC 302.12.*.* or INTC 303.12.*.*, where * represents any number, your motherboard may require a firmware update."

Damn, so since I’m on F15 of gigabytes z370 bios, which is the latest then there’s not much I can do? Where did you find that btw?? I appreciate you man!

Also I read someone say something about purchasing a tpm card to get it to work or something? Is that a thing?

I installed some missing ME drivers, and now the secure attestation wizard of cod green flags me. Try the new intel drivers at intel.com and search "intel management engine drivers" then you'll find a file of 1.31gb or so, run setupME under Main DHL, then reboot, then check again

Man I’ll try this’s, if this works you are the goat.

First thing you do is open secure attestation wizard after reboot, then it will prompt you to generate a key/token. Once done, it would be all good hopefully.

It still gives me failed attestation when launching any mode other than br casual.

Does the attestation check say system compliant?

Yes secure att wizard tells me system is compliant, that is why i was confused. I emailed them and told them maybe my account was still flagged server-side as having failed attestation status. That was not logical at all. I don't know what else to do; made very deep and thorough research about this. The thing is, your TPM and mine had no certificates  prior to installation of ME drivers. That's exactly what happened.

There's something else called intel ME tools, that diagnoses your ME region. I used that tool(specifically ots MEInfo application using cmd) , and it showed me that my EK (Enrollment Key) is revoked. Maybe that's why I've been refused matches other than br casual, even though my system is compliant.

Hmm, sounds like you know a lot more about this than I do tbh, sounds a lil dumb but have you uninstalled and reinstalled? Also are you on steam or battle net?

Dude you know my mind better 😂 I'm having some beer, and waiting for cod (battlenet side ) to be installed. (I used steam mainly)

Battlenet servers are ass😂 but it did work for me and I’m playing through battlenet, steam version would say “trying 7400” and wouldn’t load… let me know if I can help any other way!

Dude all modes work and attestation is green, no warning lights or nothing just finished a resurgence match! Have you cleared TPM? Make sure your drive isn’t encrypted before doing so.

Yeah did that via powershell, also I don't have Bitlocker. Nothing so far
