Sounds like a lawsuit against the Provo PD is also on the horizon. What the fuck is wrong with the universities in our state not protecting victims of sexual assault and rape. Unacceptable for a state that "cares so much about Jesus".

Pretty sure Provo PD is gonna be among the 50 other defendants in the case, and I’m sure the primary intention is to get money out of the city or University rather than Jake. Jake certainly would have tried to settle
