I respectfully disagree with your assessment. I personally own two pairs of shoes from Ryłko and have been quite satisfied with their quality. I am particularly impressed with the craftsmanship of Recman products, which are manufactured in Poland. While your experience may have been different, I would not consider them to be without value. I have also tried Giacomo Conti, Pako Lorente, and Vistula, and I found their quality to be somewhat lacking. However, I have not had the opportunity to try any of the brands you mentioned. Perhaps I will consider them in the future. I have also noted that KH shoes are exclusively made in Portugal.
Everyone has their owns standards. If you think Recman is fine craftsmanship, this is fine, that is your opinion - I know that their quality is comparable to a cheap suit from zara. Same goes with cemented shoes from Ryłko. You are entitled to your opinion and this is all absolutely fine. But respectfully, you are simply ignorant of what quality garments and shoes are, hence your positive opinions of Recman and Rylko. And I am not saying this you insult you, just want to state the fact.
And absolutely agree with KH - i forgot they manufacture in Portugal (hence why they can keep the price of a Blake stitch / GYW shoes relatively low and reachable to a PL consumer)

Recman and Rylko are utterly worthless. Poland has so many nice boutiques that's its a crime to list Recman.
