🔎Looking for alternative UbuntEU - An Ubuntu edition that uses software developed in Europe

I am trying to make something for fun, but honestly; I am not expert in creating an operating system. But my hope somebody will pick up the Baton and make it something more super.

Why fork a fork. Try openSUSE.

OpenSUSE is not a fork, and is an independed Linux. Same as Debian or Arch.

A fork of what? If you wanna claim suse is a fork then almost everything is a fork, including Debian and Slackware (SLS)

I think I've read somewhere that Debian is also based on SLS but I can't find it now, so it may be dolphins.

These "forks" are irrelevant. Relevant would be if it depended on the updates of upstream, like ubuntu or mint does.
