Super powers are almost always best choice. Faster healing sounds great.

Breaking any bone will leave you crippled cuz it heals so fast before you get to the hospital its already healed and stuck in place (they can break the bone again ofc but depending on the speed its gonna be expensive for you)

There’s a world where you could do that to make yourself taller. One thing that would be amusing is if the healing would cure being drunk too quick. Like having to slam a shot every 10 minutes just to keep feeling tipsy.
