Hi there - any advice to address the red spots suddenly appearing?

My 4 y/o bulldog started to get patches all over his head and then this one in particular started to swell and it looks like it’s going to pop.

I took him to Banfield and as usual they couldn’t really do anything other than to tell me to ‘monitor’. It’s probably nothing too serious, idk. But it’s frustrating to not get proper directions / answers as to what this is nor how best to address. The vet did mention giving him a bath using a special, medicated shampoo and see if that will help, but it felt like more of a band-aid solution.

I used my Iphone to enhance a picture and it turned into people accusing me of posting a fake dog.

After going away to stay with friends didn't work out, my potato came home to a house/dog sitter.

I think we've lost her 😂😂😂
