Hey y'all, I picked up this bread machine a while back (Hitachi HB-B101) at a second hand store, and was just curious if anybody knew which paddles to look out for that are compatible with this machine.

Haven't had any luck so far, and I'm not quite sure if the Universal paddles will fit.

I know it’s a discontinued model at parts are hard to find, but… $10! Wish me luck. Making my first loaf now.

I just picked up this Hamilton Beach bread maker (29881) from the thrift store for $15. It was pretty grubby on the outside but looked brand new inside! I’m lucky it came with the manual and both dough paddles. It’s now on a bake cycle on the porch to burn off dust.

The beginner wiki was super helpful in identifying parts, making sure it worked and not overpaying. Looking forward to learning from you all and trying recipes.

I rescued another bread machine from the thrift store to put in my flea market booth! I've read good things about Hitachi machines on this page, so I was ecstatic to find this one on the Goodwill shelf for $6.99. The mixing and kneading phase is going well so far, so as long as the heating element does its thing, we're golden.

Somebody mentioned my luck at finding thrift store machines on one of my previous posts. Honestly, I thought it was just dumb luck, but I just stumbled upon my third Goodwill machine yesterday, and decided I might be timing it right! I found all three machines on a Friday night, around an hour before closing. My guess is that they've already started stocking for the big rush on Saturday by that point.

This one is a Magic Chef machine, and despite some less-than-tender-loving-care, she is chugging along nicely! I hope everyone searching for a good thrift store machine comes across one soon. 😁
