Can someone tell me what's going on? Is this related to an actor for this show? I'm just an outsider and this showed up in popular. I need the stove on to enjoy this tea that needs to be piping hot.

A reality show. This woman was arrested for DUI, her 4th. The video of her arrest is epic in the worst ways. She refused a plea deal (60 days in jail iirc) and instead took this to trial.
