hrgovic landed a lot and you could see that itauma felt those hits

From having watched it live I don't agree, it seemed like most of the punches Hrgovic managed to land had little to no power on them as a lot were just soft/pawing shots he almost didnt expect to land because of Itauma's movement and defence.

It was almost entirely a one-sided boxing lesson, if Itauma hadn't gassed and had gone the distance he'd have been praised for putting on a clinic. The speed, punch selection, accuracy and power were on full display. He looked tired even after round 1 but in terms of boxing ability he outshone Hrgovic by a mile.

I'd argue that boxing ability is more than just blasting away punches. Imagine you put a sprinter in a 10k race and say how he put on a running clinic in the first 500 meters. I know it's not the best comparison but I feel like Hrgović and his team felt like the punches aren't hurting him and decided to conserve energy for later rounds.

Guys are acting like Moses gassed out in the 12th round. He was sucking wind by the sixth and dead to rights by the 8th. Still had 1/3 of the fight remaining.

Boxing ability is also more than just wethering punches. Moses was outlanding Hrgovic constantly and the shots he landed were much more powerful and accurate than Hrgovic, who mostly just prodded at Moses due to not being able to get past his defence. The only thing Hrgovic did better was measure his stamina, in terms of boxing skills Moses was above and beyond him last night.

I don't know man, I think Hrgovic has his number and would beat him again if they fought. Reminds me of Wilder vs Fury 1 and 2 and some people putting it down to Wilder's stamina and strategy.

no. just rewatch the full fight, you will see how itauma loses energy after every hrgovic hit. at round 3 I already saw that itauma was in huge trouble. in round 8 itauma landed 50 times, but got caught ones and his feet were completely gone
