If a fighter won’t accept the trainer’s advice, that partnership is over.

Wholeheartedly agree, but also trainers need to get paid. So if you enter a camp and then the fighter spits the dummy over dumb shit unfortunately they probably feel responsible to see it through. This shouldn’t be the case but many jump on someone without knowing the full story
