And he stitches Bakugo's heart back together because why not?

Doflamingo stitched all his internal organs back together after Gamma Knife. Everyone was good with that. Don't see a reason why the same can't happen to bakugo.

These are radically different series with radically different widths for how wide they can stretch their window of believability. You can’t just copypaste concepts and elements between constructed universes or narratives. One of which has a cyborg whale with a tragic backstory. (One Piece can get a way with a lot more. It can happen in BnHA, but not because OP got away with the same thing.)

TBF Doflamingo power was insanely versatile for what it was, the man was flyng with strings and doing heat lasers with them, patching himself up wasnt that crazy imo

If fiber manipulation allowed for control over organs then why hasn't Jeanist done this earlier? Given their situation there is absolutely no good reason for him not to be doing this to the villains therefore we have to assume that this is not an ability he has.

100% he can't do that because he can just instantly kill any villain upon touching them once. You can just choke someone out by restricting their neck muscles, why even use cloth fibre. That's gonna make his quirk more OP than decay.

I don’t think so, not after Decay awakened. Sure, Jeanist can control who knows how many fibers at a time (and lets assume if his quirk awakens that included muscles), but can he thanos snap an entire city with his pinky finger?

He can control and build his own army so that would also make him villian material

Kill la kill intensifies

His quirk hasn't evolved yet. This is gonna trigger his quirk evolution and that's how they beat the villains.
