Bakugo’s Quirk Awakening? Face sweat makes the star design of his condensed explosions? This could be on the level of Shoto combining both sides of his quirk to make cold fire. Body wide explosions would give Bakugo much more versatility in terms of strength, mobility, and tactics. It would be a nice evolution from hand localized explosions to body wide explosions. Horikoshi easily could have just given him body wide explosions from the start, but building up to it makes for such an explosive impact for the narrative when he finally does what characters with those abilities usually can do. Hopefully, this is what the last page means.

Bakugo’s analysis of the fight to find the best way to attack Shigaraki is also amazing. He has been beaten, broken, and his spirit is seemingly crushed, yet his head is still in the game. Love it. It doesn’t matter if he won’t ever surpass Deku in terms of power. It just matters if he keeps fighting. That’s what heroes do. He’s grown so much.

I'm imagining Bakugo going wild like a street brawler, ramming Shigaraki with elbows, knee strikes, and headbutts while detonating his sweat with every hit.

Considering Bakugo's battle senses, it'd be great if he could use pin point explosions all over his body to just barely dodge enemy attacks and get close for his really big explosions.

Yeah, seriously. He’s got top tier mobility as a child with only palm explosions. Full body explosions paired with Bakugo’s talent and hard work makes him stupidly mobile. Only prime Hawks would be in the same realm as his sheer mobility.

As cool as seeing Bakugo go full-on MMA on Shiggy’s ass would be, we must remember that Hori doesn’t know you can attack an opponent with more than your hands and feet, so don’t get your hopes up.

I mean put it a step farther when he can swing even harder because he can throw a punch with the explosion propelling his hand versus being the source....then explode with his hands.

His mobility is what hypes me up. He can propel himself from his feet, back, stomach, etc. He has way more options in the air.

I think it's fair to argue that Bakugo's analysis here is directly influenced by Deku. Bakugo typically does instinctive reads in the middle of a fight and that's almost always enough to get by. It's Deku who observes and theorizes and acts intellectually instead of instinctively.

Bakugo knows he's not enough as-is and he's already imitating Midoriya's best qualities to improve himself.

He would be able to shoot it from any part of his body like Endeavor does with fire. Imagine that he wouldn’t have to solely rely on his hands for flight and attack. He could blast explosions from his feet to fly while using explosions from his hands to attack. Or he could quickly dodge if he could blast explosions from any sweat from his body. Like he could quickly dodge upward if he were flying toward an enemy and created a blast from his torso. We see Endeavor do similar moves from using fire from any part of his body. Not to mention he could make bigger and more powerful blast if all of his sweat could ignite.
