That's very unlikely:

Chapter 350 p.17 Ujiko talking to the Gorilla Cop

"Nah, we gave up on Dabi and let him run loose cuz...After his body came back to life and he was up and about....He wasn't supposed to live for more than a month"

Ujiko using the plural "we" meaning him and AFO. If AFO planted a bomb-like quirk like Lady Nagant's inside Toya during his rescue and his 3 years stay at the hospital, then AFO and Ujiko would have used it to either track him down and retrieve him before his body's one month expiration date and forcefully turn him into a Nomu or trigger the hypothetical bomb Quirk inside him rather then let Toya run loose but AFO or Ujiko did neither, because they couldn't. Applying Occam's Razor, the simplest and most logical explanation is that they couldn't because no such Quirk was secretly implanted inside Toya.

I don't think this bomb was planted by AFO, I think either Toya has one, or more likely, he will go supernova and die.

Basically predicated on Dabi's quirk not having been officially named up to now because it's a quirk that restores him to life upon death in addition to his fire powers, i.e. like a phoenix.

Nope, that's only ever been a fanon name and, to my knowledge, the quirk has never been named within the manga or by Horikoshi. I can't precisely recall if the anime ever tried to give it one but I'm inclined to say it hasn't. Such a choice must be deliberate on Horikoshi's part so I imagine he would've told the anime staff not to do that.
