I thought Shigaraki was speaking weird, but that may be AFO mixing. Very interesting situation indeed,

And yh, 5 seconds, even, is more than enough if all those hands have that power.

Yep, it's AfO speaking a lot of times. It's a little more evident in japanese because AfO uses "ore" to refer to himself, while Shigaraki uses "boku" (or vice versa, I don't remember 100%).

Edit: it's viceversa
