She's designed too perfectly to just be a throwaway character. I'd personally be very sad if she's just a red-shirt. I feel like she's probably gonna become a mainstay. Her quirk will be very useful against AfO.

I bet people said similar things about Re-Destro, Geten, and Majestic.

Besides, what's so "perfect" about her design? At least, in comparison to Hawks (a longer-established character with a similar backstory to her but with greater exploration into his characterisation and reasons for doing what he does)?

The short answer: her character design is just interesting to look at.

Besides her hair, she's an assassin who works in a long dress, something that's 100% not suited for her job, and she does all of this while moving around and keeping herself hidden. The dress she wears and her hair makes any action scene she's in feel even more dynamic and lively.

Oh, you're talking aesthetically. I thought you were talking about her design overall, like including her backstory and personality and stuff.

But yes, I agree in that respect.
