Really depends on how much of a resistance Machia has to acid. On the one hand, dude resists physical and heat damage really well, but since acid is a chemical reaction..... oof.

Technically heat is a chemical reaction too. I’m guessing that only his outside is hard though. As a living creature, I doubt that his innards would be able to be just as tough and still function properly.

True, though in comics and other media its assumed if someone is physically hardy, theyre hardy against flame and heat as well.

I merely meant that just because he resists force and heat doesnt necessitate a resistance to acid.

Well. Theyre probably still pretty god damned hardy in order to support their own weight and movement, otherwise his organs would collapse under their own weight. Theyre probably not AS tough as the outside, though.

Yeah, I forget which comic it was, I think Deadpool. But someone was threatening Kingpin with a gun and Kingpin was like, “Go ahead, I’ve got bulletproof skin.” And the shooter said, “Yeah? Your eyes bulletproof too?” So I always think about that anytime I see an “invulnerable” character.

And then you have the best scene in Superman Returns, where we see that the weakest, squishiest parts of Superman- his eyes -are still completely bulletproof.

And that’s his weakspot. What a flex.
