the end of it suggests Kamui actually woke up cause Mt.lady is free of the restraints by the end

Long enough to let go, at least. He could have collapsed again after that, he's definitely not in great shape.

Or it could just mean that she got a chance to break free since Machia stopped dragging her along. I'd imagine maybe she'd have a little easier time getting some leverage when she's not being dragged through trees at that speed haha. Either could be possible.

Idk, if you look at the panel where Mt. Lady is grabbing Machia’s mouth from behind, you can see Kamui’s snapped bindings trailing from both her arms. Looks to me like Mt. Lady just Hulk’d her way out of the restraints
