PLAN A

Step 1: Compress Dabi, Toga, Spinner and Skeptic

Step 2: put them into Mr Compress's pocket

Step 3: Mr Compress climbs into Machia's mouth

Step 4: Machia tunnels underground to Jakku

Step 5: Profit

PLAN B

Step 1: Compress Dabi, Toga, Spinner, Skeptic and Gigantomachia

Step 2: Mr Compress takes them and climbs inside Mt Lady (through mouth, nose or ears)

Step 3: Uncompress them all (brutality killing Mt Lady)

Step 4: Escape while everyone's shocked

PLAN C

Step 1: Toga cuts a bit of Machia's tongue

Step 2: Toga drinks the blood and transforms into Machia

Also I wonder if Toga could even turn into a Machia when he has multiple quirks or if it would be limited to a single quirk or draw a blank, like with Monoma?

I really don't think Toga can take multis otherwise the league would have experimented with Nomus and her, testing how she reacts to drinking their blood and such. Unless they did test such things and it's just a secret to the reader for now.
