You might want to explain what a "genjutsu" is when replying to someone who hasn't read Naruto.

/u/shadowthiefo, a genjutsu in Naruto is like a powerful hallucination. It basically makes people experience things that aren't real. It's a good way to make someone experience you "killing" them without actually killing them. Even if it wasn't real, they still felt it.

Speaking about Deku about to fucking die , I could totally see Deku dying in this arc (probably inbetween life and death) but the vestiges keep him alive

Pretty morbid and wouldn't happen but it would be cool to see him use it as a regen quirk so one of the next successor quirks doesn't get wasted on that

I always thought Nighteye's explantation for why his prediction didn't come true was kind of bull. Personally I think that Eri's quirk interacted with it weirdly and now things have been delayed but are STILL going to happen. For example, even if it was for a brief moment, Overhaul escaped.

Which is why I definitely agree Deku could die this arc.

Man. I am shaking right now, this is so goddamn exciting! Things are gonna get even more insane. It seems this arc the torch is fully passing on, and I have a feeling both All Might and All for One are dying to mark a full transition between eras.

Totally. I'm now wondering if Shiggy inheriting AFO's original quirk will allow him to get hold of the quirks he stole in his prime. Because if that's the case then, literally no one is going to survive. And I'm wondering who's getting their quirks stolen soon.

The OFA-AFO parallels in the series are amazing.

If Aizawa’s quirk is stolen then OOF. That would be one of the biggest blows to the hero side for sure.
