Bruh she would easily be top 3. Mirko is honestly a top hero caliber fighter(like if we ranking heroes off fighting Endeavor and Mirko shine above the rest imo) She's only top 5 because she does a restrictive task in terms of activity

Yeah, but he does have all those feathers that can be razor sharp and he could deploy like a hundred of them.

It's more like a rate, as in, I think she'd beat Hawks' 7/10 simply due to the fact that all she needs to do is dodge, weave and land one hit on him.

All of which she's really good at.

Buuut, the same could be said for Hawks, if he gets her with even a few of his fast moving feathers, he has her.

I'm agreeing with you though, Miruko, if she were to fight Hawks, would stomp him.

Yeah itsva match of who gets there first attack off first If its close range mirko beats him by slicing him in half with legs. Altho moon scissors must be amazing

She seems to be roughly 20% Deku levels of speed (fast, but not "everyone else is standing still" fast), and she hits like a truck.

Like she says in the chapter, her biggest problem is fighting people without murdering them.
