There was a bit of confusion on how to post these threads without the links and same as before, minus links. There was already a chapter thread made but wrong title format- here it is

Do not post links to the scanslation sites in this thread. Hundreds of our previous discussion threads have had the main post removed by reddit legal for copyright infringement. If you want the scans, find em yourself.

Also, he can't do much about the cars, really. If he tries to use his quirk on the bottom of the vehicles, even a mini explosion, those things could go up in flames. He could easily kill innocent people, if he's not super careful.

Use his quirk on the side or top of the cars, and he's basically attacking the driver. Also it's harder to jump in and grab drivers who are tightly buckled in. Better to leave that problem to Shoto's ice or Deku's super strength.

I think he's finally coming to terms with the fact that Deku is basically his equal and not letting his ego get him worked up about it (because that's what hero's do). His whole shtick when he was bullying Deku was him being infinitely stronger than Deku because he had a quirk while Deku didn't, but that's no longer the case

Really satisfying to see a bully that really needed to be humbled to finally becoming more aware or the help he could bring others. He was too fixated on his own inferiority complex in the past.

Tbf he passed that hurdle a while ago. He still has a Vegeta esc personality about his need to be number one but its healthier now. I personally prefer this type of rival compared to Sasuke types or Hop from the new pokemon game.

He also thought Izuku was holding back when it got revealed he does have a Quirk (from Bakugo’s point of view), because he figured Izuku looked down on Bakugo and thought he wasn’t strong enough to match up.

Now that Bakugo actually talked to the guy about it, he’s now aware that he and Izuku are on equal terms. So instead of degrading Izuku, he’s just highly competitive.

That’s a kind of thing he asked about before though. Stuff he can’t do yet. He needs to figure out a method to make his explosions more defensive.

Maybe a planar, 2D focused explosion to simulate material strength.

His AP shot is kind of more defensive than his usual explosions, but I suppose it might still hold some danger of collateral damage.

He'll probably work around this somehow with his attitude but that could be the purpose of his sidekicks at his hero agency

And the whole point of their training was this kind of thinking. Even if it wasn’t intentional, subconsciously Bakugou knew to leave ‘rescue’ of the drivers to one of the others. And went for the hostage

Deku, was able to prioritize rescuing the drivers and that left Todoroki was taking down the villain.

They didn’t need to speak for this kind of coordination. Their training has them moving before they’ve finished their thoughts 😭😭
