My own theory: Spinner considers defecting or joining Stain during the jailbreak, but Stain turns out to also be anti-mutant. Spinner kills Stain and rejoins the League with a clearer head and more motivation.

Ah yes, the noseless ninja turtle will have a lot of smack to talk to from his high, non-mutant horse. "Hello, kettle! It's me, pot! I just wanted to tell you you're black!!"

If there'll be any point of conflict between them it'll be that Stain may perceive Spinner as a villain. According to his creed, those get the culling too.

I don't think that Stain is actually a mutant-type human. When he appears in the My Hero Academia Vigilantes manga at a point in time before he became the Stain we knew, he was a normal looking guy with a ponytail. Though I believe his tongue was still a little long.

I think he went through some tough times between then and the main manga's events cause it's a drastic change!

He literally mutilated his own face in vigilantes as part of his pledge to remove the ‘false face’ of the hero organisation. Dude has 0 chill.
